The BLU 400 produces and fills 400 blisters per minute on up to eight lanes with a 42mm of maximum forming depth.  For runs that require precise manual handling, the machine can run at a minimum speed of three cycles per minute. In addition, the blister machine fills ampoules, bottles, cartridges, and vials up to 30mm and can handle syringes in a range of 6.5 to 26mm.
