Evertis reinforces its commitment to a sustainable economic model

As a reinforcement of its commitment to a closed-loop supply chain, Evertis recently joined two PET associations in Europe and North America. Evertis Ibérica S.A, subsidiary of Evertis, Portalegre, Portugal, became a member of PETCORE and Evertis México S.A de CV, Monterrey, Mexico, joined NAPCOR.

Forming part of these renowned associations that represent the entire PET value chain in these two geographical regions, Evertis is actively working to add value to the current search for a more sustainable economic model.

Evertis, a group pioneer in the field of PET film extrusion, reinforces its commitment to sustainability and the circular economy of its business. Evertis has been working on different activities and projects with the goal of contributing to a more circular and resource efficient economy. Namely, developing product designs that have less impact on virgin raw material consumption and establishing partnerships with customers and suppliers to generate a circular material flow. Additionally, Evertis is looking at promoting the use of bio-materials as well as working towards the design of biodegradable products
