Access to information at the Human Machine Interface is a vital part of today’s workspace. That information—whether it be processing data, machine monitoring, or actual machine control—has up until recently been a capability restricted to the local vicinity of the machine. The opportunity to expand that access universally has now been provided by Weintek with the introduction of the cMT3090 HMI.

The cMT3090 HMI not only operates as a conventional HMI with greatly increased performance of data/graphic processing due to its dual-core CPU, but it has the additional capability to work as a server allowing for remote access from anywhere. Remote access through the cMT Viewer application (or EasyAccess 2.0 and OPC-UA and MQTT compatibility) provides unlimited control and monitoring capabilities saving travel time and costs, making for a more efficient work/time experience and allowing access to dark data that would previously go unused.

The cMT3090 HMI contains an ultra high speed 1 GHz dual-core CPU, 4 GB flash, 1 GB Ram, a 9.7 in. Hi-Res display (1024x768) and Dual Ethernet. It supports IIoT standard communication protocol (MQTT and OPC UA client/server).
