Glenroy acquires PF Flexibles – formerly Pouch Converting Technologies Inc. (PCTI)

Glenroy Inc., converter and printer of flexible packaging, has announced that it will acquire the pouch converting operations of PF Flexibles, formerly known as Pouch Converting Technologies Inc. or PCTI.

PF Flexibles has produced award-winning stand-up pouches, and offers exceptional expertise in producing stand-up pouches for liquids. This acquisition provides Glenroy Inc. with a wide range of pouch converting equipment, and allows Glenroy to offer some of the most extensive in-house premade pouch converting capabilities in the industry.

According to Richard Buss, Glenroy Inc.'s president and chief executive officer, "With stand-up pouch usage continually increasing, the acquisition of PF Flexibles, combined with Glenroy's 50 years of experience in flexible packaging, allows us to provide top-quality custom-engineered pouches. This supports our mission of providing the highest level of service to our customers."
