Martin has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Business from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. In addition, Martin brings many years of experience in senior management and leadership of capital equipment companies with specific experience in the food segment.

Russ brings another perspective and significant insight into the areas where we need to bolster the company going forward.”
