Viag AG (Munich, Germany) and Alsuisse Lonza Group AG (Zurich, Switzerland) have announced their intention to merge. The combined company, which will be given a new name, will be headquartered in Munich, Germany, with executive offices in Munich and Zurich, Switzerland.
