KNP BT (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) has reached an agreement with ICEC Karton Holding A.S. to acquire 80% of the shares of Czech-based Karton Morava s.r.o.; the company will also sell its operating companies to the Clondalkin Group plc (Dublin, Ireland).
