Supplier news: International agreements

Riverwood Intl. Corp. (Atlanta, GA) and Rengo Co. Ltd (Osaka, Japan) have formed a partnership to build a coated paperboard carton plant. Riverwood also purchased the stock of the French paperboard converter LeMaire Group.
