Tool changer

Now available from ATI Industrial Automation are patented Quick-Change Tool Changers that give robots the flexibility to automatically change the end-effectors or other peripheral tooling.

System consists of a master plate mounted on the robot arm and a tool plate attached to the tool. Available in 5 sizes, the changer accommodates payloads ranging from 10-1ꯠ lb. Standard models accept as many as 74 electrical lines and 14 pneumatic ports.
