Marchesini’s new Track Pack is designed as a new all-in-one solution for serialization, tamper-evidence and aggregation. Track Pack combines the BL A415 labeler and the PS 300 case packer, providing a compact, user-friendly machine that replaces many manual operations.

Track Pack is versatile, allowing users to mount either tamper-evident heads to apply self-adhesive, tamper-proof seals on the closure corners of the carton or labeling heads.

This monobloc has the same conveyor as the BL A415, plus a patented “timing” device that sets the cartons apart correctly on the adjustable toothed slip-proof belts.

Track Pack is able to serialize and group every kind of box and carton for both pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, at a production rate of 120 cartons/min and 4 cases/min.

The BL A415 is one of the models belonging to the large BL A family; machines for labelling and tracking cartons, delivering versatility and reliability. The machine series BL A was developed by the Neri branch of the Marchesini Group, which specializes in producing this type of equipment.

The BL A415 provides ergonomic benefits, with a work area that is separate from the mechanical and electrical parts, making it simple to manage and maintain. All these top features make the BL A415 a high-tech, yet user-friendly machine.

The BL A415 is flexible, accommodating all the printing and vision systems available on the marketplace. It can also be personalized according to global regulations. This makes the BL A415 a suitable and complete machine for tracking, serializing and applying self-adhesive, tamper-evident seals on the closure point of formed carton so that all the pharmaceutical products packaged have a unique identity.
