Our RPF Rotary Piston Filler handles a wide range of containers and products of most viscosities at high production speeds of 600+ per minute. This series is available in different frame sizes and models; from four to thirty-six filling nozzles. The overhead driven pistons feature fine fill piston adjustment, achieving ±0.5% fill accuracy. In a quick-change format, these cylinders and pistons are easily removed for cleaning or changeover to other sizes.
The Versa-Fil Time/Pressure Filler is especially well suited for filling heavy viscosity food products such as mayonnaise, peanut butter, and relish, as well as personal care products, gasket sealer, etc. The very latest developments in nozzle design technology allow efficient filling of lighter products such as saline solutions, cough medicines, and barbecue sauces.
The FSV50 Mini Monoblock is a high performance machine designed for processing vials in laboratory, clinical production locations or other areas with limited space. It is or use in a clean room environment, with hood isolation and laminar flow in mind. This machine will fill liquids or powders, then stopper or cap the containers at speeds up to 50 vials per minute; the Mini Monoblock is capable of covering a range of vial sizes from 1ml to 100ml.
The FSC50 Combination Filling & Screw Capping Machine is a compact, intermittent motion machine which will feed, fill, and screw cap. The unit is easy to set up and operate and comes with a built-in rotary unscrambling table, vibratory bowl, cap feeder no-container/no-fill mechanism and bottom-up filling, with volumetric accuracy of +/- 0.5 percent. This unit also features a drawback mechanism to eliminate hanging drops at the end of the fill cycle. The liquid contact parts are easy to dismantle for cleaning and sanitizing.
Our Lab, Pilot and Small Production Equipment puts traditional Cozzoli precision on the table-top, in compact designs that are easy to set up, operate, clean and sterilize.
The PF2-IS Powder Filler is designed to promote the highest level of performance for accuracy, repeatability and easy cleaning and zero powder contamination. PF2-IS has a fill range from 50mg to 75 g per dose, with an accuracy of up to + 1% dependent on powder characteristics. This machine is configured for use in an isolator.
The F400X-SS Single Piston Filler is your machine for filling liquids at low production rates with high accuracy. Fills aqueous solutions to light oils, easy to clean and sterilize, and is designed for rapid changeover.
The SC50T Screw Cap/Aluminum Sealing Machine provides uniform tightening of container caps up to 95mm in diameter and provides gentle cap handling. The Aluminum Sealer provides uniform roller-sealing of container crimp caps. Ideal for lab use.
BMSV Bench Model Single Valve Filler is a single valve filling machine designed specifically to provide accurate economical filling of viscous products for lab work and small scale filling operations.
