In response to industry demandsfor more sophisticated supply chain track and trace, Wolke by Videojet has developed an enhanced web interface for the m600 thermal inkjet (TIJ) printer.

The latest m600 enhancements will bettersupport theOriginal Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and integrators that supply turnkey hardware and software for mandated track-and-trace serialization projects.

Practical in build and intelligent in design, the Wolke m600 printer delivers integration versatility while providing powerful data handling and serialization capabilities that help manufacturersto meet global track-and-trace requirements of today and anticipate the needs of tomorrow.

The m600 oem offers flexibility when integration matters, delivering a footprint as much as 60% smaller than comparable TIJ control systems. It provides 18 possible mounting orientations and a choice of four distinct printhead designs.

The m600 oem now features enhancements to its web user interface that allow customers to control their line from a touchscreen, helping drive productivity increases. The interface has been optimized for easy use on any touchscreen panel. A large, real-time print preview and quick position editing enable complete operator flexibility when making adjustments to text or data field locations in the label.

Compatible with the latest Wolke cartridge technology, the m600 oem helps enable manufacturers to reach previously unattainable print speeds and throughput, supported with ultra-fast serialized data handling that exceeds 20 variable records per second, even in complex 2D DataMatrix formats.
