The ASV120 is a vertical cartoning system that operates at speeds to 120 boxes/min. Uses balcony format for clean operation and easy access. Inline design permits the full format changeovers from the front of the machine, usually in less than 15 min. Integrated servo pick-and-place systems offers flexible product loading for bottles, jars, vials, and others. Top loading of product permits simple and effective handling of unstable products, products in pucks, and products that require groupings.
