Episodes 01-05Episodes 01-05Informative, educational, and casual

“Machines & Medicine” was created as a global format for conversations related to pharmaceutical manufacturing from a machine-builder point of view. The first six episodes focus on Annex 1, sustainability, nutraceuticals, parenteral drug manufacturing, robotics, and isolators.

“While we started with a lens on equipment, the topics don’t stop there. Our informative yet casual atmosphere fosters discussions around everything related to pharma, with a little laughter along the way,” Moody explains. Every episode includes in-depth information on a carefully selected topic, followed by a short trivia round at the end. “I have learned something new from each and every one of my guests this year. For me, that’s the biggest highlight: continuous learning.”

Many more topics to be discovered in 2024

The “Machines & Medicine” podcast is available on Spotify and YouTube. The series will be continued in 2024, including subjects like facility design, continuous manufacturing, materials science, and commodity idiosyncrasies. Listeners also will get to know more industry leaders on the podcast, who will share a wider breadth of knowledge across their areas of expertise.

“I’m looking forward to recording the next episodes and learning even more exciting details about everything related to pharmaceutical manufacturing,” Moody concludes.
