Proceeds to be used to reduce debt

Campbell Soup Company has sold Kelsen Group, at a purchase price of $300 million, to a Ferrero-affiliated company. Denmark-based Kelsen produces quality baked snacks, including the brands Kjeldsens and Royal Dansk.
