Bosch Packaging Technology entered into an agreement to acquire Kliklok-Woodman Corp.

The website for Power Transmission Solutions, a business of Regal Beloit Corp., is now at a new address—RegalPTS.com. The site includes eight additional Regal brands: Durst, Hub City, Grove Gear, Marathon Special Products, Mastergear Worldwide, Milwaukee Gear, Velvet Transmission and Foote-Jones.

Aetna Group and TopTier formed a strategic joint venture in North America.

Ryson International, Inc. celebrates its 20th Anniversary this year.

Festo and Graybar signed a national distribution agreement where Graybar will distribute Festo pneumatic, electro-mechanical, and process automation components to its customers.

Toray Plastics (America) celebrates its 30th Anniversary this year.

Herrmann Ultrasonics, Inc. celebrates its 25th Anniversary this year.

Omron Corp. announced its entry into a stock purchase agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Delta Tau Data Systems, Inc.

Bemis Co., Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Emplal Participações S.A., a Brazilian manufacturer of plastic packaging for food and consumer applications.

Amcor Flexibles announced that the Flexibles Europe and Americas business will be divided into two new groups—Flexibles Americas and Flexibles Europe, Middle East and Africa.

People
Todd Abrahamson was hired as Director of Sales, and Josh Pangier was promoted to Director of Project Management for MGS Machine.

Arrowhead Systems, Inc., appointed Ed Fuchs Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Shawn Grant Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Accounts.

Yishai Amir was appointed CEO, Group Vice Chairman, and member of the Board of Directors of The Landa Group; and Nachum Korman was appointed Vice President and General Manager, North America, for Landa Digital Printing, part of The Landa Group.

Chris Rippee was appointed President of Triple/S Dynamics.

Achievements

Leonard Greenia, Chief Operating Officer, Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., passed away on September 21, 2015.
