Companies
JLS Automation welcomed several guests at its facility in York, PA, to help the company celebrate its 60th Anniversary. Highlights of the celebration included special presentations from PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies. PMMI President/CEO Chuck Yuska and PMMI Media Group President/Publisher Joe Angel presented JLS President/CEO Craig Souser with separate commemorative awards to honor the anniversary.

Pro Mach completed its acquisition of Greydon.

Clear Lam Packaging, Inc. and Triangle Package Machinery Co. entered into a new North American equipment manufacturing licensing agreement for the PrimaPak program. The agreement gives Triangle a license to manufacture and supply the patented PrimaPak System Interface on its Model XYT15 Vertical-Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) Bagging Machine.

Schubert Packaging Systems and Schubert Packaging Automation moved to new headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Also, the company is changing its name to Schubert North America.

Power Packaging, an Exel company, achieved Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level 3 certification
at its Rosendale, WI, manufacturing plant.

PaperWorks Industries, Inc. will make a more than $11 million CAD investment
in its Canada-based Boehmer Box facility.

Graham Nice was named Regional Sales Manager for Campbell Wrapper Corp.

Andrew Birdwell was appointed Southeast Sales Representative for Ossid, Div. of Pro Mach.

Michael Barto joined Mocon as Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing.

Gene Shaw was appointed Vice President and General Manager for KleenLine,
Div. of Pro Mach.

Eric Cruse was named Midwest Regional Sales Manager for Benchmark Automation,
Div. of Pro Mach.

Brian Connolly joined Colordyne Technologies as Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Joel Wiskochil was hired as Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Blueprint Automation.

Jose Arroyo was named Latin American Support Manager for Axon, Div. of Pro Mach.

Craig Reese joined Coveris as President—Americas Food & Consumer Products.

Carlyn Bargemann was named Western Regional Sales Manager for AlliedFlex Technologies.

Nick Bottinelli was appointed Western Regional Sales Manager for Fowler Products and Federal Mfg., divisions of Pro Mach.

Achievements
Glenroy Inc. was awarded the Gold Well Workplace Award from Wellness Council of America and local affiliate Wellness Council of Wisconsin, which recognizes Glenroy as one of
“America’s Healthiest Companies.”

In Memorium
Darryl McDaniel, Director of Business Development, AlliedFlex Technologies,
passed away on August 22, 2015.
