McGrath assumes the new role after 16 years as Weber’s vp of marketing and sales. He joined the company in 1972, and has held a number of positions in product management and marketing.
McGrath has represented Weber as a board member of several industrial trade associations, including the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI), the Material Handling Institute of America (MHIA), and the Automatic Identification Manufacturers (AIM).
