Fleetwood and Barry-Wehmiller Design Group announce settlement agreement with Garvey

Fleetwood and Berry-Wehmiller Design Group have announced a settlement agreement with Garvey Corp. regarding patent infringement issues surrounding the Garvey Infinity product line.

The parties have reached an amicable business arrangement. The legal proceedings regarding this matter have been resolved, and Barry-Wehmiller Design Group and Fleetwood acknowledge the validity of the Infinity patents.

The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed and are confidential. All companies involved have agreed to a cooperative working relationship going forward.
