Charlotte Koellner, who was previously the Internal Sales and Customer Support Manager, has been promoted to Director of Customer Service. Roland Kahlmann, who joined Rovema in 2002 as Project Manager, was promoted to Sales Application Engineering Manager. Stephanie McDaniel, an employee of Rovema since 1999, is now the Key Account and Sales Administration Manager.
