Graham Packaging acquires interest in India's PPI Blowpack. . .

PPI Blowpack, based in Mumbai, and Graham Packaging based in York, Pennsylvania, will join forces to expand business in the rigid plastic container market. Already a large presence in Europe and South America, Graham's partnership with the Indian plastic container manufacturer is a good fit, as the companies share values, but offer different areas of expertise. The partnership should reap the rewards of the steadily growing rigid plastic container sector, said to be growing in India at a rate of 15-20 percent annually.
