Campbell completes sale of Bolthouse Farms

Butterfly Equity affiliate is new owner

Campbell Soup Company has sold Bolthouse Farms to an affiliate of Butterfly Equity, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. The purchase price was $510 million, subject to customary adjustments. The sale marks the completion of the divestiture of the Campbell Fresh division.
