New Diversey president announced

Dr. Ilham Kadri has been named president and chief executive officer of Diversey, which is going to become a standalone business that will include multiple companies Bain Capital Private Equity is purchasing from Sealed Air Corporation. Kadri will assume leadership of Diversey when the sale closes, which is projected to happen this September.

 

Zip-Pak is building an Engineering and Innovation Center, which is scheduled to open late this year, at its Carol Stream, IL headquarters. The center will provide 9,100 sq. ft. of laboratory space and 5,000 sq. ft. of engineering and office space.

 

Montana Specialty Mills, LLC has broken ground on a $20 million, 20-acre processing center in Great Falls, Montana. Expected to be complete by the fall of 2018, the facility will feature state-of-the-art grain processing equipment dedicated to making non-GMO products and organic oilseeds.

 

Saucy Brew Works, a privately owned, independent brewery, has opened in Northeast Ohio a 12,000-square-foot brewery that features a completely stainless steel BrauKon brewhouse.
