The drive technology for the robots allows for an enclosed structure with all the cables routed internally, so the robots are equipped to handle even the most extreme conditions. This feature makes them suitable for use where high humidity, water spray/detergents or liquid coolants are widely used. The robots feature a fully sealed structure with overpressurized IP65 arms; the overpressure prevents all contact between the robot’s internal components and the outside environment. To bring contamination to near zero levels, all pneumatic and electrical supplies are routed through the arm, and all connections are completely removed from the sensitive area. The robot has four degrees of freedom, maximum load capacity of 1 kg, reach of 800 mm, repeatability of ±0.05 mm and stroke of 100 mm. Protection class according to standard NF EN 60529 is IP65.
