Ultrasonic converter enhances food cutting and pouch sealing operations

Engineered for use with Sonics ultrasonic food cutting and pouch sealing systems, the Sonics Model CV423 sealed 20-kHz converter features an IP65-rated electrical connector, which eliminates the need for a long cable hardwired to the device. Sealed air in/out fittings for cooling in high-duty cycle applications are standard. The converter is IP65 rated for washdown environments and complies with requirements for food processing applications.
