Servo actuator for high-force food and beverage applications

Integrating a servo motor and a ball or roller screw, the Tolomatic IMA servo motor rod actuator is available with a food-grade white epoxy coating and stainless steel components for food and beverage industry washdown applications. Available in 4 sizes, the actuator features stroke lengths from 3 to 18 in. and from 200 to 6,875 pound force at speeds up to 24 in./sec. The actuator is intended for applications such as slicing control, pressing, valve control and volumetric filling. It offers seamless integration with the Rockwell Automation Kinetix platform.
