MACtac: Film liners for high-speed printing and converting

Constructed with permanent, rubber-based MP710VHP adhesive, MACtac Printing Products' polyester liners are available on four paper facestocks to allow an aggressive hot melt adhesive to be used for a smooth, quiet release under a broad range of application conditions.

Designed for high-speed printing and converting, the thinner caliper of the liner allows for more labels per roll of product for customers and end users while maintaining its strength without fear of web breaks.

The MP710VHP adhesive is designed to adhere to a variety of surfaces including low surface energy materials like high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its long-lasting performance and secure adhesion to resist tampering for high-value products, such as spirit and wine bottles, health and beauty products, chemical containers, and pharmaceutical and labeling applications.

Complementing the existing prime paper product line, the products available on the film liner include: DLA7191-2 a brilliant, white semi-gloss coated litho with a quick tack permanent adhesive and a 1.2-mil PET liner; MSP9091-0 a mirror finish, bright silver metalized paper with a quick tack permanent adhesive and a 1.0-mil PET liner; AC9091-0 brilliant, white semi-gloss coated litho construction with a quick tack permanent adhesive and a .92-mil clear PET liner; and CHG9091-2 a cast-coated, high-gloss facestock with a quick tack permanent adhesive and a 1.2-mil PET liner.
