Star Packaging Corporation: Recyclable stand-up pouches

From food and beverage to grass seeds and lawn products, Star Packaging’s TerraFLEX RP line of fully-recyclable stand-up pouches are made from 100% polyethylene and are said to offer superior performance to traditional plastic packaging while allowing for greater sustainability.

Pw 40149 Recycle Pouch

TerraFLEX RP packaging can be fully tailored to meet specific application needs. Offering a superior moisture barrier compared to similar thickness polyester/poly laminations, TerraFLEX RP can also incorporate an oxygen barrier to further protect content quality and freshness without affecting the film clearness of the package or compromising the recycling stream.

The TerraFLEX RP line is available in both matte and gloss finishes and can incorporate up to 10-color printing to maximize a product's shelf-impact.  In order to meet a wide number of filling processes being used in the market, pouch options range from open-bottom to open-top, and from wicketed to loose pack, helping consumer packaged goods companies address varied customer needs. Press-to-close zippers can also be added to allow for packaging to be easily resealed and re-used.
