MonoSol, LLC: Clear, water-soluable polyvinyl film

MonoSol’s MonoDose Crystal film provides ultrahigh clarity in polyvinyl alcohol films which are used for individually packaging doses of a variety of products including agricultural chemicals, detergents and disinfectants.

When the sachets are introduced to water, the film completely dissolves and releases the product. Previously, MonoDose films retained a slight haze as a result of the chemical make up of the film and the production process. MonoDose Crystal represents a breakthrough in transparency, according to the company.
