Instapak® 900 from Sealed Air (Danbury, CT) is an electric foam-in-place packaging system with metering pumps that measure and control precise amounts of chemical mixtures and dispense them in proper ratios.

It dispenses Instapak foam into shipping cases lined with Instamate(TM) film. Products are placed in the cases as the foam rises. Another sheet of foam is placed on top, and then the cases are closed.
