Eliminates additional handling and special tooling for the score hole. Can reach speeds to 160 pouches/min in sizes from 3" x 4" to 9" x 12". Can also create stand-up pouches with a recloseable zipper.
Horizontal pouch machine
Volpak's S-240 horizontal pouch machine is available from Raymond Automation (Norwalk, CT). Using rollstock, it creates stand-up pouches with a straw inserted inside the pouch instead of affixed on the outside.
