CCL Industries announces organization change

CCL Industries Inc., a world leader in the development of labeling solutions and specialty packaging for the consumer products and healthcare industries, announced today that Gaston Tano, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation to accept a new position, in a similar capacity, at a consumer products company in the private sector and will be leaving CCL at the beginning of August following the release of the Company's second quarter earnings.

Mr. Geoffrey Martin, President and Chief Executive Officer said, "We would like to thank Gaston for his contributions over the past three years and wish him success in his new role. CCL is very fortunate to have a highly experienced financial team who will be able to provide continued support during any transition period before a new appointment is made."

CCL Label is the world's largest converter of pressure sensitive and film materials for label applications and sells to leading global customers in the consumer packaging, healthcare, automotive and consumer durable markets. CCL Container and CCL Tube are leading producers of aluminum aerosol cans, bottles and extruded plastic tubes for consumer packaged goods customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
