Building on success in lightweight clay-coated liners the family of Stora Enso’s LumiSil release base papers now includes a wide range of medium- and heavy-weight grades for a variety of applications.
Product Range
LumiSil covers a basis weight range from 70-250 g/m2 each run to industry standard grammages and calipers. The standard lightweight LumiSil is proven successful in general self-adhesive laminations as an alternative to densified kraft while medium and heavier weights are ideal for a variety of applications including graphic arts and decorative vinyl laminates. Additionally grades are available for sheeted office applications and for self-adhesive postage stamp backing. Further the LumiSil family includes a grade specifically designed for silicone coating on both sides of the sheet used in tape applications.
