Everything about FOX’s Model 5411 compact print and apply labeler has been thoughtfully designed – starting with the use of the latest Zebra printing technology. Color coded print engine touch points and toolless printhead and platen replacement combined with the intuitive 4.3 in. color touch display make set up, operation, and maintenance fast and simple. Additionally, FOX IV’s swing-away cylinder assemblies, screened media paths, and one-to-one ribbon to label roll ratio mean that down-time is reduced and the user experience is improved.

Because the 5411 utilizes Zebra technology, the 5411 is Zebra Link-OS enabled. This means that 5411 users have access to innovative Link-OS software tools such as print from PDF. The 5411 also has options when it comes to print resolution. It is available with standard 203 dpi resolution or enhanced 300 or 600 dpi resolution for smaller print and foreign characters.

The compact size makes the 5411 great for labeling in space restricted areas, adding to existing equipment or production lines, or low-to-medium volume applications where you do not require the larger label roll or higher throughput speeds of a standard print and apply.

To ensure that your labeling application is a success, FOX IV offers variety of options to customize the 5411 to meet your labeling requirements. Various label application methods, such as tamp, roll, or blow-on, are available as well as custom designed applicator assemblies and mounting assemblies. Standard mounting stands, such as a T or H based stand are offered, or FOX IV can design a gantry, conveyor mount, or pneumatic lift stand. Additional options include: digital I/O package, beacon tower, scanners, verifiers, and more.
