Maintenance- and solvent-free product marking

The maintenance-free thermal REA Jet HR is suitable for the marking of foils and plastics. In connection with eco-friendly, fast drying inks the REA JET HR marks smooth, non-absorbent surfaces effectively and hygienically. Due to the maintenance-free HP print head technology there are no additional running costs for service and spare parts. Due to the absence of solvents, the fire hazard and warehouse security efforts are significantly reduced, and unwanted odors are avoided. These features make the HR system a clean and safe alternative to many continuous ink jet systems.

The new ink REA Jet Multiple Black DC is specifically developed for marking of non-absorbent surfaces. The ink is especially qualified for marking of flow wrappings. It is characterized by extremely fast drying time of the print and a significant increase of blackness which are the two main unique selling propositions.
