The ACE-BT300, which also provides reliability, cost-effectiveness and ease of use, can code bottles either bottom-up or down.  Positive bottle indexing and transportation is assured, as serve-driven side belts provide accurate speed management and position control throughout the process. The machine offers single-point adjustment for complete format changeovers, and bottle rejection is performed via linear motor-driven shaft.

Among the ACE-BT300’s technical advancements is the incorporation of a multi-camera system employed to verify 2D data matrices printed on individual bottles.  Laser printing also is available.

Other features of the ACE-BT300 include: stainless steel machine frame and electrical cabinet; no pneumatic components; reject verification; unit can be supplied with Rockwell/Allen Bradley components.
