In Dubai, nearly 200 companies exhibit at Gulf Pack

Billed as the largest Middle East packaging industry trade fair ever, Gulf Pack opened April 2 at the Dubai Airport Expo.

Among the packaging leaders present were Crown Bevcan, Markam, EAM Mosca, Esko Graphics, and Sure International. A complete spectrum of packaging products and ideas was offered to attendees including closures, PET bottles, flexible packaging, labelers, printers, package machinery, and integrated solutions.

The SIG Dome is made primarily from FSC-certified paperboard, the packaging is produced using 100% renewable electricity and is intended to be fully recyclable.

Nearly 70% of companies not yet using smart manufacturing plan to invest within the next 12 months.
