ID Technology (Fort Worth, TX) announces that it has been acquired by Pro Mach, Inc.

ID Technology, supplier of labeling, coding, and marking equipment, is the eleventh acquisition of a North American packaging equipment manufacturer by Pro Mach in the past four years. In addition to ID Technology, Pro Mach companies include Axon, Belcor Industries, Brenton Engineering, Fowler Products, Orion Packaging Systems, Ossid, Rennco, Roberts PolyPro, and Wexxar Packaging Machinery.
