ProMach's Primary Packaging brands will be at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 to highlight the latest innovations in filling, bottling and capping, and decorative labeling, all designed to improve efficiency and support sustainability. Highlights include:

Zalkin - Capping Solutions (Booth W-1117)

Zalkin, a global expert in capping machinery and cap handling systems, will display its latest engineering solutions for high-performance, reliable, and sustainable capping operations in Booth W-1117.

Capping Technology Advancements
Zalkin will present a range of precision equipment engineered to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and throughput. Featured solutions include the 16-Head Screw-On Capping Turret for PET bottle applications, the interactive 12-Head LCM Display, the WSI-300 Waterfall Cap Sorter, and the newly introduced H56 head. These systems are designed to address the increasingly complex demands of modern packaging lines.

Turret Replacement Program
Zalkin’s Turret Replacement Program enables manufacturers to upgrade existing equipment configurations while maintaining compatibility across brands and models. This program minimizes operational disruptions, reduces maintenance requirements, and enhances machine adaptability to meet evolving production demands.

Life Cycle Management Solutions
Zalkin provides comprehensive life cycle management offerings, including engineered cap and bottle conversions, targeted operator training, preventative maintenance kits, and ongoing service support. These solutions are designed to sustain equipment performance, maximize throughput, and extend the operational lifespan of capping machinery.

Industry professionals attending PACK EXPO will have the opportunity to evaluate Zalkin’s engineering innovations and explore solutions tailored to optimizing capping processes for efficiency, reliability, and long-term operational value.

Axon - ZPT Shrink Sleeve Applicator (Booth W-1102)

Axon, a manufacturer of shrink sleeve & tamper-evident labeling systems, will showcase its new shrink sleeve applicator, ZPT, in Booth W-1102. Engineered with a new cutting system to replace traditional blade systems, ZPT brings a safer, more reliable, and cost-effective approach to shrink sleeve application in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care packaging.

At the core of ZPT is a rolling perforation wheel that replaces traditional knife systems to improve safety, lower costs, and reduce maintenance. The wheel blade is easier to replace than traditional blades, simplifying changeovers and minimizing setup time. Its design perforates film in a single cut, reducing the risk of rough cuts or “hairs” due to misaligned blades. With fewer wear parts, it lowers total cost of ownership while delivering precise, uniform cuts that enhance package presentation, ensure tamper protection, and build customer confidence in product integrity.

Visitors to PACK EXPO Las Vegas are invited to Booth W-1102 to see the ZPT cutting system demonstrated alongside an Axon HE-500 Steam Shrink Tunnel. Axon experts will be available to explain how ZPT helps manufacturers boost uptime, improve safety, and cut costs.

Roberts PolyPro - Sustainable Multipacking (Booth W-1110)

Roberts PolyPro, a manufacturer of bottle and can multipack solutions and application systems, announced the expansion of its sustainable packaging portfolio with the addition of post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials. The company will exhibit in Booth W-1110, where it will showcase live demonstrations of its SSMA20 applicator and provide bottle and can carrier samples.

Building on its leadership in certified biodegradable packaging, Roberts PolyPro is proud to now offer PCR multipack carriers across all product lines for both bottles and cans. This addition provides beverage brands with new options to support ESG and sustainability initiatives, helping meet customer expectations.

Additionally, Roberts PolyPro recently introduced two solutions for can multipacking. Craft-Pak® Versa carriers are compatible with most applicators on the market, eliminating the need for capital investment. With the company’s West Coast expansion, these handles are now available with faster turnaround. For customers moving from manual to automated application, the VPA-80 applicator is priced around $11,500. Paired with Craft-Pak Versa carriers, the system can deliver ROI in as little as one year.

“We’ve always been committed to providing solutions that help customers achieve their operational and sustainability objectives,” said Michael Black, Vice President & General Manager at Roberts PolyPro. “We offer biodegradable options, and with the addition of PCR, we’re giving customers even more ways to reach their goals without compromising quality or performance.”

Those attending PACK EXPO 2025 will have the opportunity to see live demonstrations of the SSMA20 applicator, which applies bottle and can handles in a quick and seamless multipacking process. Visitors can pick up carrier samples at Booth W-1110. Those unable to attend may contact the company to request samples or schedule a meeting.

P.E. Labellers - XPERIENCE Intellifence Platform (Booth W-1104)

P.E. Labellers, a global specialist in the design and manufacture of automated labeling machines, will introduce XPERIENCE, a breakthrough digital intelligence platform, in Booth W-1104. Built to boost efficiency and scalability in labeling operations, XPERIENCE connects real-time diagnostics, AI-guided support, and centralized documentation into one cohesive ecosystem. This results in reduced downtime, faster issue resolution, and improved alignment across production, service, and engineering teams.

XPERIENCE is designed to evolve with each manufacturer’s needs, providing scalable support that adapts over time. At its core are four integrated tools. TELESCOPE offers real-time diagnostics and performance dashboards that detect issues early and help keep labeling lines running smoothly. PETER serves as an AI-guided assistant, using machine data to walk operators through troubleshooting and reduce downtime. OPEN simplifies maintenance through an interactive 3D parts and service hub that links drawings, manuals, and ordering tools in one place. Finally, UNIVERSE keeps teams connected to the latest innovations, upgrades, and industry insights, helping manufacturers plan with confidence for the future.

“We are excited to introduce XPERIENCE and make these powerful tools available to our North American customers,” said Travis Younger, Vice President & General Manager at P.E. Labellers North America. “We look forward to seeing the value XPERIENCE will deliver, helping manufacturers reduce downtime and achieve greater efficiency across their operations.”

Visitors are invited to Booth W-1104 to explore the XPERIENCE platform firsthand and see how P.E. Labellers is redefining the role of digital intelligence in labeling. Experts will be available to demonstrate the platform’s features and discuss how it can scale to meet the needs of manufacturers of all sizes.
