Since joining Pacific Labeling Integration (PLI), based in Ontario, C.A., in October 2023, Ian has excelled as an Account Executive and Technician. His responsibilities have included managing customer accounts, driving sales growth through cold calls and strategic initiatives, and providing on-site technical support for industrial printer installations and repairs. Ian's outstanding customer service has taken him across the country, where he has forged strong client relationships and managed the logistics of equipment deliveries with precision.
In addition to his work at PLI, Ian has served as the eCommerce Manager for USINKS.COM since 2022. His innovative approach to digital marketing and market analysis has significantly increased online revenue, ensuring seamless operations for the company’s eCommerce platform. Ian’s expertise in both technical and sales support makes him an ideal fit for his expanded role.
