Using a delta robot and ELAU's robotic software library, the all-servo
machine performs case erection, loading and filling on a single level.
It is designed for use with trays, display trays, lidded trays and
wraparound cases up to 400mm x 600mm (16" x 14"). Custom sizes are
offered, as is an optional size-change unit.
The compact, self-contained system can handle a wide range of primary
packages, including cartons, trays, bags, bottle, jars and cans.
Wächter's delta robot arm offers a pick & place solution beyond the
Cartojet application. The highly dynamic, precise robot can be easily
integrated into existing production lines for picking, pushing and
collating a variety of products at speeds up to 60 cpm.
Its compact and modular construction can be synchronized with
additional servo-driven systems, such conveyor belts, infeeds and
sortation systems.
