UNILINEĀ® integrates complete tablet bottling functionality, including container loading, desiccant insertion, counting and filling, cotton insertion, capping, rejection and coding.
With UNILINEĀ®, every container is unique and identifiable. Each container is positioned inside a dedicated housing on the conveyor, ensuring traceability at every stage of the packaging cycle, from loading to rejection.
No size parts are required for the changeover regardless of container dimensions. The system is also designed to guarantee total visibility and accessibility during this phase, preventing any stray product from becoming hidden on the conveyor line.
The UNILINEĀ® counting line is extremely compact and streamlined, using about a third the floor space of a conventional line.
