Telesonic Packaging: Horizontal pouch packager

The new Ultra IM16-24 from Telesonic is an automatic horizontal pouch packer designed to fulfill the demand for larger quantities of free flowing products in three- or four-sided sealed bags, standup pouches with zippers, or spouts to be produced from web widths up to 60 in. at an average rate of 40 ppm.

The saving in material costs using roll stock as opposed to premade bags will provide a short-term ROI, and at a lower equipment cost than an automated fill/seal system. Telesonic will produce integrated systems including auger fillers, pumps, computerized scales, and suitable feeding and checkweighing devices.
