Atlas makes bag sizes from 3” to 9” wide and up to 21” long. Atlas 123 is available in a single tube format or a nested left and right hand twin tube model. It’s patented film loading system requires no manual centering and includes a vacuum splice plate for quick, simple film changes. Automatic film tracking, registration and unwind controls, and Ishida’s patented servo controlled pull-down belt and rotary back seal systems reduce downtime and waste. Operation, product changeovers and data management are easy with the Windows XP-based color touch screen remote control. Network control is also available. To eliminate support framework, save floor space and reduce installation costs, an Ishida multihead weigher can be direct-mounted to the Atlas bagmaker and integrated with metal detection and code dating.
