AZCO Corp.: PP filler inserter

Said to prevent bacterial growth naturally found in cotton fibers, the new filler reduces cotton dust contamination within the production environment and costs less than 1¢/bottle to fill. Cleanfil converts PP from a continuous roll to a compressed filler to be placed in the bottle void. System fills as many as 80 bpm and fills 26ꯠ pieces before requiring a roll change.
