Pillar Technologies has introduced a new cap and bottle detection system that uses multiple sensors, a laser sensor, an encoder, and microprocessor control from the induction sealer to search for missing foil, loose or crooked caps, and stalled bottles.

Company also offers a stacked light option that provides visual and audible alarms in the case of potentially unsealed products.
