Span Packaging Services Greenville SC is Cloud’s full-service contract manufacturer and packaging operation. It serves the OTC personal care health and beauty pharmaceutical and household product industries.
Kryshak explains that Multi-Pack makes towelettes wipes and the containers they are packaged in. “The bulk of our business is retail” he says.
Cloud based in Des Plaines IL designs and manufactures high-speed packaging equipment developing solutions for packaging machinery based on continuous-motion horizontal form/fill/seal (HFFS) technology. Kryshak says these capabilities will benefit Multi-Pack and its customers.
“Cloud is already where our next step was because everyone who has a canister wants a single pack” Kryshak says. “Cloud has engineering expertise. As markets mature those that survive are those who do it quicker better. We are leveraging their expertise in high-speed equipment manufacturing which is going to have some long-term benefits.”

Multi-Pack based in Milwaukee WI provides packaging services for leading consumer product manufacturers in the consumer industrial medical and pet care markets. Multi-Pack designs manufactures and converts paper laminate nonwoven and other textile fabrics into disposable wet and dry towelettes and wipes. These products are then filled into a broad range of packages.
Cloud also provides a full range of packaging solutions in the food beverage industrial OTC pharmaceutical and personal care industries.
Separately Span Packaging Services announced an organizational restructuring in which Keith Wyatt has been promoted to manager of customer service and materials. Joe Ervin joins the company as operations manager.
