Based in Charlotte, Fletcher will work to identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining the highest standards in business relationships with existing customers.

“This new role will offer a vital contribution to not only enhance the company’s financial success, but also to improve our customers’ packaging development programs and successful product launches,” said Jason Angel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Ossid. “Megan’s strong background and drive to develop partnerships with marketing, and research and development teams will be major assets for us.”

“Fletcher brings an interesting background to Ossid. Her previous work with Sealed Air provided her with a wide range of experience working in our industry and gave her a firm grasp of what our customers’ needs are, and how we work to find the best solutions for them,” said Ernie Newell, General Manager for Ossid. “As we continue to grow our business, it’s important to add people to our team that can focus on how we can truly be a partner to our customers and how we can serve them better. Megan’s hire is a direct part of that effort.”

Fletcher previously worked for Sealed Air Corp., where she served as a Marketing Specialist in packaging design. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and completed a corporate finance and accounting course at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
