Aline Systems' (Santa Fe Springs, CA) HD Long Line Sealer is available as a constant heat or thermal impulse machine. Both machines seal a wide variety of plastic films, fabrics, foams, copolymers and laminates.

The Aline sealer is an open-back, feed-through, offset-sealing head with solid-state controls. Seal lengths are 36" to 200" with repeatable accuracy up to ±2C. Safety features include low-pressure closing activated by push button or foot pedal.
