The Middleby Corporation has acquired Souderton, PA-based Packaging Progressions, Inc. (Pacproinc), a market leader in automated packaging technologies, such as interleaving, underleaving, stacking and card dispensing systems, for customers in the protein and bakery segments.

The Middleby Corporation develops, manufactures, markets and services a broad line of equipment used in the commercial foodservice, food processing and residential kitchen equipment industries.
